CPDolls.at manages orders with the aim of guaranteeing rapid preparation and efficient delivery, compatibly with the actual availability of the products, the starting warehouse, the country of destination and the organization of the courier in charge.

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of acceptance, unless otherwise communicated regarding the availability or availability of the product indicated on the product page, during the purchase procedure or at the time of order confirmation.

When the product is available at the national warehouse, the shipment is generally entrusted to an express service and delivery usually takes place within 24 working hours from entrusting it to the courier, except for delays not dependent on CPDolls.at.

When the product is available from a foreign supplier or warehouse, times may vary based on the location of the goods and the logistics network used. In these cases, in the majority of shipments and approximately in 90% of cases, delivery takes place within approximately three working days, except for any delays due to procurement, courier management, holidays, logistical controls, strikes, weather conditions or other causes not directly dependent on CPDolls.at.

The times indicated are to be considered indicative estimates based on the ordinary logistical organisation. CPDolls.at undertakes to communicate to the customer any significant variations compared to the times normally expected, especially in cases where a product has availability times different from the standard ones.

The customer is invited to always check the information on the product page and in the order confirmation, as some items may require different processing or delivery times based on actual availability, the departure warehouse or the destination country.

During the main phases of order management, the customer will be able to receive updates via email and, where available, also via SMS, in compliance with the consent given to the use of contact data.
