These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made through the CPDolls.at website.
The site is managed by CP Store di Caso Michela, with registered office in via Galileo Galilei 22, 74121 Taranto, Italy, VAT number IT03292910738, support email address info@cpdolls.at.
CPDolls.at is an e-commerce specialized in the online sale of dolls, doll accessories and related items. Purchasing on the site entails acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the customer.
These conditions apply to all orders placed through CPDolls.at.
The customer is invited to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale before placing an order. The applicable conditions are those published on the site at the time the order is sent by the customer.
CPDolls.at reserves the right to update or modify these conditions. Any changes will be effective from the moment of publication on the site and will not have effect on orders already confirmed, unless otherwise required by law.
These conditions apply to both consumer customers and customers who purchase for professional purposes, within the limits established by applicable legislation.
By "consumer" we mean the natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out.
By "professional customer" we mean the person who purchases as part of his entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity.
Some rights, such as the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code, apply exclusively to consumer customers, unless otherwise provided by law or otherwise expressly indicated.
CPDolls.at offers new products belonging mainly to the categories of dolls, doll accessories and related items.
The catalog may include original products from third-party brands, generic products and imported products. Any trademarks mentioned in the product data sheets belong to their respective owners and are used exclusively to correctly identify the products offered for sale.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. CPDolls.at strives to provide descriptions and information that are as clear and correct as possible, but slight differences in color, packaging, aesthetic details or presentation may depend on the manufacturer, batch, screen settings or product updates.
The customer is invited to carefully read the product sheet before purchasing, checking features, description, availability, any warnings and useful information.
The availability of products indicated on the site may vary based on actual stocks in warehouses, suppliers and logistics partners.
Part of the catalog is available with immediate stock at the warehouses used by CPDolls.at. Other products can be found through suppliers or logistics partners in a short time, except for temporary unavailability or variations not directly dependent on CPDolls.at.
In the event of total or partial unavailability of a product after sending the order, CPDolls.at will inform the customer and propose, where possible, an alternative solution, a modification of the order, waiting for a restock or a refund of the amount relating to the unavailable product.
Product prices are indicated in euros.
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices published on the site are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
The final price of the order is shown to the customer before confirming the purchase and includes the price of the selected products, shipping costs and any other costs that may be applicable and indicated during checkout.
CPDolls.at reserves the right to change prices at any time. The changes do not apply to orders already confirmed, except in the case of material, technical or clearly recognizable errors in the published price.
In the event of an obvious error in the price of a product or in the calculation of the order, CPDolls.at may contact the customer to correct the error, propose confirmation of the order at the correct price or proceed with the cancellation and refund of any amount already paid.
To make a purchase, the customer selects the desired products, places them in the cart and completes the checkout procedure by entering the data required for billing, shipping and payment.
Before confirming the order, the customer is required to carefully check the data entered, the products selected, the quantities, the delivery address, the payment method and the total amount.
Sending the order involves a purchase proposal from the customer. The contract is considered concluded when CPDolls.at confirms acceptance of the order via communication sent to the email address indicated by the customer.
CPDolls.at may not accept or cancel an order, in whole or in part, in cases of unavailability of the product, incomplete or incorrect data, problems relating to payment, suspected fraudulent use of payment methods, evident error in the price or inability to correctly execute the order.
After sending the order, the customer receives a summary communication to the email address indicated during the purchase.
The confirmation contains the main information relating to the order, including products purchased, amounts, shipping information and payment method used.
The customer is invited to keep the order confirmation and to promptly report any errors in the data entered.
CPDolls.at accepts various payment methods, including PayPal, bank transfer, credit cards, Apple Pay, Satispay, MyBank and Trustly.
The payment methods actually available may vary based on the customer's country, the device used, the payment network or the checkout settings.
Payment must be completed according to the methods indicated during the purchase procedure. In case of failure to authorize the payment, error in the transaction or failure to receive the amount due, the order may not be accepted or may be suspended until payment is regularized.
CPDolls.at does not directly store the complete data of the customer's payment cards. Transactions are managed via external payment systems and circuits.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of any tax data communicated during the order.
If the customer wishes to receive an invoice, he must indicate the necessary data according to the methods provided by the site and, where requested, before confirming the order.
Any requests to change tax data after issuing the document can only be accepted if technically and fiscally permitted.
CPDolls.at ships to Italy and the European Union countries served by the site.
Shipping is managed via national and international couriers, including Poste Italiane, BRT, UPS and DPD, as well as any operators connected to the logistics partners used.
CPDolls.at uses a European logistics network made up of warehouses, suppliers and logistics partners, with the aim of managing orders efficiently and identifying the most suitable shipping channel based on product availability and final destination.
The specific conditions relating to shipping methods, costs, delivery times, tracking and management of delivery problems are indicated on the dedicated pages of the site.
The customer is required to indicate a complete, correct and reachable delivery address.
CPDolls.at is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated data provided by the customer.
At the time of delivery, the customer is invited to check the external condition of the package. In the event of a package that is visibly damaged, open, crushed, wet or tampered with, the customer must follow the procedures provided by the courier, where available, and promptly contact CPDolls.at.
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in the cases and within the terms provided for by Italian and European legislation regarding distance contracts.
The right of withdrawal is governed by Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and by articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the product. In the case of an order consisting of multiple products delivered separately, the deadline starts from the delivery of the last good.
The withdrawal request must be made through the reserved area of the site, referring to the order concerned and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the withdrawal.
The customer must return the goods according to the instructions provided by CPDolls.at, without sending goods to the registered office, warehouses or logistics partners before receiving authorization and operational instructions.

Return requests must be made through the reserved area of the site, with clear reference to the order placed and the product concerned.
The customer is invited to indicate the reason for the request to allow quicker management of the case. In cases of exercising the right of withdrawal provided for by law, the consumer is not obliged to provide a reason.
In the event of defective, non-compliant or incorrect goods or in cases where the law provides that the return costs are to be borne by the seller, CPDolls.at will provide the customer with the necessary instructions and, where applicable, the return label at their expense, indicating the correct address to which to return the goods.
The refund will be made in the manner and within the terms established by applicable law, normally via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or technically impossible.
CPDolls.at may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned goods or until the customer has demonstrated that they have been sent back, if earlier, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

All products sold by CPDolls.at are new and are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity required by applicable legislation.
For consumer customers, the legal guarantee protects against defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods and applies in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the consumer customer has the right to the remedies provided by law, which may include, in applicable cases, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.
The customer must communicate the defect to CPDolls.at via the channels indicated on the site, providing the order number, a description of the problem and, where useful, photographs or documentation of the defect found.
The legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, tampering, normal wear and tear, unauthorized interventions or use of the product not compliant with its intended purpose.
The customer undertakes to use the CPDolls.at site in a lawful and correct manner.
It is prohibited to use the site for fraudulent purposes, send false data, interfere with the functioning of the site, attempt unauthorized access or carry out activities that may compromise the security, integrity or availability of the service.
CPDolls.at reserves the right to suspend or limit access to certain features in the event of improper use of the site or violation of these conditions.
Some features of the site may require registration of an account or access to the reserved area.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the data entered and the confidentiality of the access credentials.
Requests relating to orders, returns, refunds and assistance must be made, when applicable, through the reserved area, in order to allow correct identification of the order and more efficient management of the case.
Communications relating to orders are sent to the email address indicated by the customer during purchase or registration.
During the main phases of order management, CPDolls.at can send updates via email and, where available, also via SMS, in compliance with any consent given by the customer to the use of contact data.
The customer is responsible for the correctness and updating of the contact details provided.
CPDolls.at undertakes to guarantee the maximum correctness of the information on the site and the regular management of orders.
CPDolls.at cannot be held responsible for delays or non-compliance due to causes of force majeure, unforeseeable events, interruptions to logistics services, strikes, technical problems, temporary unavailability of suppliers, delays of couriers, atmospheric events, measures by authorities or other circumstances not directly controllable.
CPDolls.at remains liable in the cases mandatory by law.
The contents present on the CPDolls.at website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, layouts, visual elements and information materials, are protected by applicable legislation on intellectual property, except for contents belonging to third parties or their respective owners.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the contents of the site is prohibited.

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory rules established to protect the consumer by the country of habitual residence, where applicable.
For consumer customers, any disputes will be referred to the competent court in accordance with the provisions of the applicable consumer protection legislation.
For professional clients, where permitted by law, the competent court is that of Taranto.

The customer is invited to always indicate the order number, the email address used for the purchase and a clear description of the request.
CPDolls.at undertakes to evaluate the complaints received and to provide feedback as soon as possible.
The consumer can also make use of the alternative dispute resolution tools provided for by Italian and European legislation, contacting the competent bodies in the cases and in the manner established by law.
If one or more clauses of these General Conditions of Sale are found to be invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be valid and effective.
Failure by CPDolls.at to exercise a right provided for in these conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.
For everything not expressly regulated by these General Conditions of Sale, the provisions of the law in force apply.
