Right of withdrawal

The consumer customer who purchases on CPDolls.at has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in the cases and within the terms established by Italian and European legislation regarding distance contracts.

The right of withdrawal is governed by the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and, in Italy, by articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code. This right allows the consumer to cancel the purchase within the period established by law, without having to provide a reason and without penalty, except for the costs and conditions established by applicable legislation.

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days. For the purchase of goods, the term starts from the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by him other than the courier, acquires physical possession of the product. In the case of an order consisting of multiple products delivered separately, the deadline starts from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the last good received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate his decision to CPDolls.at within 14 days. The request must be made via the reserved area of the site, making clear reference to the order concerned and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the withdrawal.

The customer can indicate the reason for the request to facilitate the management of the case, but, in cases of exercising the right of withdrawal provided for by law, he is not obliged to provide any reason.

The right of withdrawal is considered exercised within the terms if the communication is sent by the customer before the expiry of the 14 day period.

After receiving the request, CPDolls.at will provide the customer with operational instructions to proceed with the return of the goods, indicating the correct address to which to send the product. The customer must not send products to the registered office, warehouses or logistics partners without prior authorization and without having received specific instructions from CPDolls.at.

The customer is required to return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated to CPDolls.at his decision to withdraw from the contract, unless otherwise indicated by customer service in accordance with applicable legislation.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned intact, complete with accessories, packaging, manuals, labels and original packaging, where present. The customer is responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Except in cases where the law provides otherwise or where CPDolls.at communicates more favorable conditions, the direct costs of returning the product in the event of withdrawal are borne by the customer.

CPDolls.at will refund the amounts due in accordance with the applicable legislation, normally using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or technically impossible.

The refund will be made without undue delay and within the terms established by law. CPDolls.at may withhold the refund until receipt of the returned goods or until the customer has demonstrated that they have sent them back, if earlier, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited in the cases provided for by the applicable legislation, for example for products made to measure or clearly personalized, sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection if opened after delivery, or in other cases expressly provided for by law.

The right of withdrawal is recognized to the consumer, i.e. the natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out. For purchases made by individuals acting for professional or business purposes, the right of withdrawal applies only in the cases expressly provided for by law or by the conditions of sale accepted at the time of the order.

For any request relating to the right of withdrawal, the customer must use the reserved area of the site, selecting the order concerned and following the procedure indicated.
