CPDolls.at offers customers various payment methods with the aim of allowing simple, flexible and secure online purchases.

The actual availability of individual methods may vary based on the customer's country, bank, device used, payment circuit and tools supported by the payment system.

CPDolls.at does not directly store the complete data of the payment cards used by customers. Information relating to the card, account or selected payment method is managed by the respective payment service providers, through external platforms and systems designed to guarantee the security of the transaction.

During the payment procedure, the customer can be redirected to pages or interfaces managed by the chosen service provider, such as PayPal, card schemes, online banking services or digital wallets. In these cases, the transaction is completed according to the security procedures established by the relevant supplier.

To increase the protection of online purchases, some payments may require additional verifications, strong customer authentication, confirmation via banking app, temporary code, biometric recognition or other control systems provided by the bank or payment service used.

The order is considered correctly acquired only after completion of the payment procedure and confirmation of the operation, except in the case of bank transfer, for which the processing of the order can take place after receipt of the amount due or after verification of payment.

In the event of unauthorized payment, uncompleted transaction, technical error, failure to receive the amount or suspected unauthorized use of a payment method, CPDolls.at may suspend, cancel or verify the order before proceeding with processing.

CPDolls.at invites customers to never send complete credit card details, passwords, access codes, OTP codes, banking credentials or other confidential information via email, contact form, messages or other unsafe channels.

Official communications relating to orders and payments are sent via the channels indicated by the customer during the purchase phase. CPDolls.at never asks the customer to communicate passwords, complete security codes or personal credentials via email.

Any refunds, when due, are normally made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed, technical impossibility or different provision required by applicable law.
