CPDolls.at applies a fixed shipping cost of €4.99 for each order.

The shipping cost is indicated in the cart and during the checkout phase before confirming the purchase, so that the customer can clearly know the total amount of the order before proceeding with the payment.

CPDolls.at operates through a European logistics network made up of warehouses, suppliers and logistics partners located in different countries. This organization allows you to manage orders more efficiently and identify the most suitable starting point based on product availability and the final destination of the shipment.

Regardless of the starting warehouse, the origin of the goods or the courier in charge, the shipping cost applied to the customer remains equal to €4.99.

The shipment can be managed via national and international couriers, including Poste Italiane, BRT, UPS, DPD or other operators connected to the logistics network used by CPDolls.at.

In the case of orders consisting of multiple products, the goods can be shipped in a single delivery or, for logistical needs, in several separate shipments. Even in these cases, the shipping cost remains the same as that indicated at the time of the order.

Any information relating to shipping, the courier in charge and tracking is communicated to the customer via email and, where available, also via SMS, in compliance with the consent given to the use of contact data.
